Refund and Cancellation Policy


We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you.

Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client and is available upon approval.  Otherwise, there needs to be a minimum of 50% of the total quote collected before work on the project begins and the remainder at product completion.  Once the product has been 100% paid for, it is transferred to the clients' host.    If the website or graphic work is designed on the clients' server, or payment is below $1499, payment must be paid in full before project is started.  Due to the nature of our work, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Belvin Media and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. If for any reason there are changes made within the calendar month that the client chooses to cancel services/payment does not process, there will be a $25.00 fee in addition to the fee owed for that calendar month.  You may cancel and renew at any time by emailing us at  Please give us up to 48 hours to process cancellations.  If cancellations are made within 48 hours before the process date, we cannot promise that the cancellation will process in time.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you choose to cancel services.  Belvin Media has the right to terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.


Due to your purchase being a coaching or consulting package in a business capacity, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding.

ACCREDITATION: Designer shall be entitled to place accreditation, as a hyperlink or otherwise, in the form, size and location as incorporated by Designer in the Deliverables on each page of the Final Deliverables.
